Another wonderful private placement today -- for the insiders. They effectively get one share and an option to acquire another share for the same price for a year. If the price of the stock doubles, they get 28 million shares for free. All they have to do is sell the stock obtained in the PP to exercise their options and the regular shareholder foots the bill.

They should ban this practice of attaching warrants to PPs, as they are nothing more than a devious way of circumventing regulations in order to issue stock options.

P.S. How many hundreds of millions of shares outstanding will this company now have? The dilution over the last year is so massive that there is no way that shareholders will ever see meaningful earnings per share, unless you get a big share consolidation.
