I don't have cable since I refuse to write the letters "TCI" on a check, so I'm able to miss the wonderful world of CNBC.

The Seattle Times has been running some interesting background stories on the trial. Last week, they sued to open transcripts of the depositions taken before the trial started. There's nothing new in any of them since anything interesting was brought up in the trial, but it's another take on the issues.

Today's summary deals with testimony from a Packard Bell exec who said Microsoft controls their business:
