This dividend is more water-cooler talk. There has been much speculation lately that MDIN will offer us some sort of a dividend, but this is all talk until the company issues an official news release saying it is so. --Coz

A spinoff of some of Medinah's assets into another company followed by a dividend from that company and a name change would force everyone to turn in their old shares to get new shares. Since Mr. MM was kind enough to naked short about 50MM shares (just my humble LOW ball guess) Mr. Naked Short will have to go into the open market in order to deliver his shares. In other words all the shares that he sold to the Swaabs, the Merrill, the E trades, etc. would have to be accounted for since theirs retail clients are going to demand the dividend and the news shares of the new company....Well at least thats the water cooler talk! :-)
