E-mail from FNLN: We are in discussions and negotiations with a number of firms to expand the reach and exposure of our new e-commerce web site as well as in the beginning stages of an affiliates program. We are preparing the paperwork to comply with regulations to become a fully reporting company and expect said process to be completed by the end of May, 1999. Total authorized shares are 20,000,000.
