Usually with Datek you get fast to very fast executions. And you can substantially reduce your risk if you trade against the ISLD book, which is transparent to everyone. With ETrade which handles the deals through NITE, appearently, you don't have that luxury. The only caveat is the "black hole" some of us registrated - my self recently. But I am still convinced that Datek will provide a solution for those weird situation, in which you cannot get a timely (within 90 seconds) cancellation of a placed order. IS.
