You can either sell on the open market or wait until your broker forwards you the tender info packet. It will be several weeks probably until you get that, speaking from my experience with XYLN. If you want to put the money to work now and suffer a slight discount, sell today! Or, hang on until June and realize your full 35 per share.

Definitely! They'll set a date by which, if they get the required percentage of shares (90%?) tendered, they will pay the remaining shareholders $35.

You'll get a packet with all the fine print, and instructions on how to tender your shares (if you decide to do so).

If enough people don't tender their shares, well, then we revive the thread to discuss why we got screwed again. Some people may think the deal is not good enough. Some may want a stock deal (for tax reasons). If the deal was assured, FORE would be trading at $35 now.

All the while the stock keeps trading. I think I saw trading in XYLN, which closed weeks ago, right until last week.
