I am not taking up for Shege, for I hope he is wrong about FSTW, but all the longs on this thread are treating him like short sellers are treated on some of the other threads on SI. Let's all give Shege credit where credit is due and hope he is wrong in the future.

I believe he is stating what he believes and I appreciate the other view point. I also wish that my money was invested in the preferred instead of the common also. Looking at my family and a couple of close friends in what we have invested in FSTW I could have form a partnership and raise a million to invest in FSTW through their preferred if I had not already made my investment. In other words what Shege is saying is the preferred holders are getting a better deal than us stock holders no if's and's or but's about it. On the other hand both the common and the preferred are a very risky investment in my opinion, and I'm glad they were able to raise the $2,000,000.
