Read about half way down: qsp.co.uk Interesting; ALTS worked (and is working) with QSP on this product. -JH They also just posted three events for May. They are user conferences and apparently BP Chemicals is a key participant.

I rethunk this and a dilution probably would not make sense. They are are not about to dilute and further tarnish the balance sheet. They will have to sell something; maybe they can sell (front) a ton of EB seats at an enormous discount to a UK/Euro-based VAR/Biz Partner and effectively reduce the UK operations. This would raise immediate cash, reduce immediate/ongo overhead, and as such, clean up the balance sheet for the NASDAQ relist people. -JH
