It seems to me that Aber says Winspear told them that written notice was not required. Didn't Aber say that? In any event the drill results are what is important. 70% of a mine is terrific, so is 85%. 100% of nothing is no better than 50%. I do hope that this case does not interfere with the operation or reporting on the project. As Realitycheck said this could get pretty bad.
