tfk--> it is a house rule set by TSIG that their employees are not allowed to post on the threads concerning TSIG..not a legal rule. The CEO of PNLK (I believe PNLK) posts regularly on that thread. As long as insider information is not given on the threads it is perfectly legal to post in a public forumn.

Marty being on the BOD does not make him an employee, he should be free to post at will..as long as no insider information is given.

freak!!

The reason Dixie doesn't post is that the risk is not worth the reward.......it's that simple. Why would anyone risk saying something that would be questionable to the SEC and put themselves and anyone on this thread into any jeopardy?

When you're on the "other side of the fence" your perspective changes.
Just suppose you said the wrong thing and the SEC halted the stock to investigate for insider trading!!!! Everyone would lose!
I respect Marty and would support him on the board if he wishes it and the TSIG management wishes it.........but I would want him to protect himself and us by refraining from contact on this thread.

I think many of us have lost sight of the facts here: We are all just a bunch of anonymous posters blowing hot air in the form of typed messages.
