ps Gord, I got it now !

U confusing civil procedures with criminal procedures where the Crown Attorney must spell out all he got against you. Not the same in a civil case.

Gord,
Its evident, given the way the share price of Aber continues to erode, and the way the share price of WSP continues to demonstrate its strength, that certain posters are getting somewhat desperate....perhaps they should try to pump and dump Aber somewhere else, like on the Aber thread? ....by the way, I am a aware of a certain poster (a rural bachelor from southern Saskatchewan) who has bragged about his business dealings and law suites regarding diamond claims in the Fort a la Corne(FALC)area.....supposedly, he filed gains from the proceeds of stock sales from claim dealings in the FALC as capital gains and not income.....if there is anything I can't abide, its someone who doesn't pay their fair share of federal and provincial taxes......as a fellow tax paying Canadian, would you suggest bringing this to the attention of Revenue Canada?.....it could be a substantial amount of money....and who knows what else they might dig up in an audit that went back over 7 years or so?
regards,
teevee
