I'll hazard a response. You can't exercise the preferred shares. You can exercise the warrants if you have any. These can be exercised at $3 each, for one share of common for each warrant (and each $3). You have until June 1, 1999 to do so.

The preferred stocks remain that until sometime around 2003, and then automatically convert to 10 shares of common stock, provided certain price levels have been attained by the common stock - I've quickly looked through the board for the particulars & have come up empty. I'm sure someone else will have the right source ### for you.

Procedure for exercise of the warrants would be to get $$ to Etrade, have then wire $$ to the TA (with the proper numbers from the warrants), wait for the new shares to be issued by the TA......But have it done before June 1.

It will not be much longer before the preferred are filed, we have been working on finishing the SEC stuff all day, these are not restricted and will be free trading as soon as the SEC and NASD sign off on the trading. They will not convert before the year 2003 but you can always sell them if you choose to.
