If Jill is a liberal, then you must be a fanatic. But of course, neither is neither.

What gets me is how some people (you) use politics as the catch all explanation for things you don't agree with. "If I don't agree with it, then it must be liberal." Could it be that it isn't liberal versus conservative, but different sides of a legal question?

The question as to whether MSFT has/is using unfair competitive practices is NOT a political question. It is a legal one--perhaps more complex than political ideology.

But that might be too complex for you to discuss, so we will just throw everything into the "liberal" and "conservative" cubby holes. And in your world, I'll bet, your "liberal" cubby hole has a subtitle of "wrong" and the "conservative" cubby hole has a subtitle of "right".

You oversimplify, imo.
