this stock does not appear able to sustain any momentum at these levels, and it looks to me that it will continue its decline in drips and drabs, 1/8 here and there until it reaches its true value somewhere back in the 4 range IMO.

The above statement make it look like it was the direct intention of IFMX to deceive, because they chose not to use pooling of interest accounting. In actuality, the real reason not to do this is more likely government regulations. First, Pooling of Interest will be virtually outlawed by the end of this year. Second, the SEC has also added significant other detrimental actions if you do a pooling of interest merger; for example, after they bought Illustra (pooling of interest), they had to cancel their stock buyback because of a new SEC rule that prohibited such actions within a hear of that kind of merger.
