FYI, it's interesting to note that Hwang has an incentive to perform. This is from the 10K:

"The Executive shall be entitled to quarterly cash performance bonuses equal to three percent (3%) of the gross margin (as determined pursuant to generally accepted accounting principals) derived from the Company's "online services" division"

Not bad. I wish him lots of success and many millions from the bonuses. If he wins, shareholders win.
