I thought that would show us our signs of strength. Interesting how we topped at .38 the last two times we had four days of increases. I wonder if .38 (or .375) is a resistance point because of a lot of online brokers only handling fractions?

If the fraction rule is the case, the next high resistance point should be somewhere between .4375 (7/16) and .5625 (9/16).

We'll see.
