West U is very pricy,,,,,by the time i get the chance to move back to Houston, hopefully, there will hae been a little crash.

Speaking of links, you should play Tour 18 or whatever they call that place with all the copied holes from famous places.....played it a couple of months ago and it was great....

John, I won't trust DUNG decline to be real until it drops 5%. Up to that point, I think it could be trap to let bears in and kill them one more time!
