I don't disagree with everything you're saying. I would say, however, that CUBE has plenty of financial resources. CUBE has almost a quarter BILLION dollars of CASH. That gives current management quite a few options. I agree with you that management needs to be more "proactive." But I want them to make a right move and not just "move" for the sake of moving.

If CUBE doesn't find a creative use for all that cash soon, they should announce a five to seven million share buyback. I'm anticipating that a SELIGMAN type shareholder is already pressuring for something like that as I write.
