It is my understanding that the only "personal information" collected was to ask that the prospective purchasers of a webnode supply a username and password for their node. Since no nodes were actually sold, and no dollars actually exchanged hands, the username/password information for something that doesn't exist is a moot point in my opinion. No credit card numbers, no social security numbers, no addresses... Some respondents may have provided an e-mail address but I don't know if that was asked for or not. And I have not seen any information from any person who may have responded. And, to the best of my knowledge, no information from any respondent has ever been made public knowledge.
