Today is stocklubbers day - all of the names in my accounts went green except the reit I won't bother to check; agtx, ags, anly, wind, mrvc, coms: very gratifying to have -your- software stocks go up while the market babe is telling how techs are down, including software -g-. In one of these stocks (AGS) they offered a dutch auction for 6M shares tendered between 6.5 and 8. I can see that this would set an arbitrage floor, does it also have an effect on the near-term upside? Greg
