There is a loophole in the Canadian stock market system. The shorts do not report their correct positions. I don't know if they are doing something illegal or if the exchanges find this acceptable. But Yorkton is not the only company guilty of this. So we shall see what the outcome of this is. There may be more shorts in trouble than we can even imagine.
