I just searched EDGARonline and found no matches for ZSUN. They haven't filed anything. Are you quoting company press releases as evidence here? Please don't, since it's the company press releases that we are questioning. edit-I meant ZSUN not SHAL. No matter, both are scam crap with no filings.
