Gerard, I agree that the H&Q conference may be the next catalyst with
regards to new information or announcements. A great venue to deliver
key messages to the investment community. Since they cancelled the
last conference which I believe was Morgan Stanley this could be their
coming out party. Someone mentioned earlier that MS's IR will not
comment on IDTC and the reason may be that under confidentiality IDTC
disclosed to MS why they were cancelling at the last moment from the
conference so MS went into a quiet period but IDTC is not on the MS
restricted list so they probably are not part of any of the financial
dealings currently going on. Of course, that still leaves a number of
other mentioned firms available to be engaged in doing financing, IPOs
or takeouts so it is not an issue in any case.

No Gerard it was not meant as intuitive.I had been watching the bid and ask for awhile and I saw some changes toward the upside without much accompanying volume.Similar movements in the bid and ask on Idtc in the past had resulted in quick run up!Unfortunately, this time it signalled a downward movement.Sorry,I should have phrased it better!
