Scott Paterson did alot of back stepping in his interview.

He praised paul Godin and BIDS management team, he called them a great Canadian success story.

He used the word UNDERPERFORM every time it was brought up that Pavan said SELL. His specific answer to whether his company still stood by the analysis was that based on where it is today, he believes it will underperform. He wouldn't touch the $2-$3 valuation and added that this was valuated in relation to UBID and ONSL when UBID and ONSL were lower in value!

Nothing else important.

From the SEC filing (http://www.edgar-online.com/auth/edgardoc/DocMain.pl?doc=A%2D1079171%2D0000950130%2D99%2D000781&coname=BID%20COM%20INTERNATIONAL%20INC&ftype=20FR12B&fds=&fdate=1999%2D02%2D16%2009%3A50%3A00&fdfmt=Feb%2016%201999&cik=1079171&nf=1) -

as of February 1, 1999, the Company had approximately 95,000 registered bidders.

From the SEC filing (http://www.edgar-online.com/auth/edgardoc/DocMain.pl?doc=A%2D1079171%2D0000950130%2D99%2D002213&coname=BID%20COM%20INTERNATIONAL%20INC&ftype=20FR12B/A&fds=&fdate=1999%2D04%2D15%2014%3A03%3A00&fdfmt=Apr%2015%201999&cik=1079171&nf=1)

as of April 14, 1999, the Company had approximately 108,000 registered bidders.

That means over a period of 10 weeks, the number of registered bidders has gone up by 13,000. This is not exponential growth and does not justify a billion dollar market cap.

I think it is a reasonable assumption that employees &friends and shareholders have registered themselves as bidders (as part of their DD process). I am not denying that shareholders cannot be customers.

Regards.
