I agree. Down on half of the average volume is not troubling. With bondholder consent in the bag, there should be some move at some point as the Net2Phone IPO and partnerships come close to fruition. Hawaii had guessed 1 Net2Phone share for every 5 IDTC shares. That would be nice to pick up.

I was watching level II most of the day. HRZG, MASH and MSCO were at the bid all day (28 7/8 - 29 1/16). Then all of sudden in the last 5 - 10 minutes on light volume the stock went from 29 to 28 1/4. IMO nothing to worry about, it should gap up in the morning .
