Sent off this mail to John. Great news John, Just had a few questions about the contract announcement today. Have never heard these two names in association with TPI before. TPI's Director of Professional Services, Jack Waterfield and TPI's Account Executive, Al Barnes. When and how long have they been employed with TPI? Why in the contracts there is never any dollar figures released? The ADP migration deal gave a high six figure price range. Is there something the clients don't want disclosed, its a little odd. Most companies I follow give some dollar figures with contracts. Hope it turns out better than the Dofasco contract that seemed a little misleading awhile back. It has been a interesting experience following TPI. Will continue to look forward to your market updates. Regards, Jason Response: Jason Thanks for the e-mail. Jack Waterfield is our Director of Professional Services and as been with the Company for over a year. Al Barnes is in thesales department (Account Exec.) joined us in the fall of 1998. Some companies don't mind if $ value of contracts are released, others refuse because of competitive advantage i.e. ICI/ADP. Municipal governments typically tender and they handle monetary release as part of annual budgets. We also don't mind the secrecy as it protects our competitive advantage as we are quoting on similar deals. In the case of Niagara, its a Professional Services deal meaning that we have TPI employees on site charged out at an hourly rate therefore contract amounts can vary. Terms of the contract are open however, the initial term is six months and, we are billing approx. $20,000.00 per month. We are confident this deal will expand. Durham was a product sale in the high five figure range and services attached which have yet to be determined. Best regards John McGee
