I am not a lawyer, nor do I want to be, so it might be better to ask the people who feel that they were screwed out of their investments whether they plan to seek legal representation.

I won't speculate on whether Bid.Com will pursue this further. It is best to ask them.

However, I can tell you that because of what I witnessed, I will add another item on my Due Diligence checklist to ensure that I screen any other potential investments to see whether Yorkton, or M. Pavan is involved in any way. If so, then I will then be extremely careful before moving forward.
