And if, as in most contracts, it is drawn by lawyers or licensed representatives, there is usually an "Agreement in Writting" clause which states in various ways that "There is no representation, warranty, collateral agreement or condition which affects this agreement other than that as expressed herein"...
Good arguments are usually those arrising from conflicts not specifically outlined in a contract. Dates and payments are usually there.

Russ - I don't think anyone has ever said that ABZ will win this thing. My only point is that contracts and contract law is much more complicated than certain people claim it to be. None of us know the exact chain of events and I know of people that know this business inside and out that expect ABZ to win. I don't know why, but I do know that there is most likely more to this than any of us know.
