Why is the strike price so high..especially when the stock was only less than half that price. Anyways, it is free for him. It is reassuring that he holds an increasing stake in the company. The management compensation is small and will only increase if the share price moves much higher. The annual report notes that Leech has over 600,000 shares, (slightly more than my position). With these options he stake is 1 million plus. With a move to 3 or 4 dollars, he will be nicely rewarded for the turnaround. But I hope Jim is much more ambitious than a mere 3 million dollars profit.

The stock is really holding..have you seen any funds stepping in yet. I imagine within a short time insiders will own more than 50%. They must really know of the great things to come. How much do employees and management own??? do you know?
