Financials due next week.

We asked the "management" and they stated that the accountants had promised to have audited financial information available this week. Release would be next week. I assume the shares outstanding will be available there (I sure hope so).

Forest will probably have info on the AllNetMortgages.com site development schedule. Otherwise, we can go ahead and make an inquiry.

Yaaaawnn... We have become a boring little stock.. The lack of volume is astounding. I am more surprised by this than if there was a bunch of selling or buying..

1) Word on the street is that financials will be completed this week and numbers released no later than next week. Also, word is that the financials are good..

2) Good question. ANSC seems to have a habit of being 2-3 weeks behind of schedule. They always do what they say it just comes a few weeks late.

3) Float and OS is exactly the same. At one point it appeared as though an additional 2 million appeared in float but that was shares held by the original owners of the shell (don't know if they are restricted or not). Shares in public float and shares in ANSC hands is the same.

Interesting activity at end of day. In the last hour of trade about half of the days volume went out and it was mostly selling at 2.75. Now, if you have been watching this stock that is inconsistant with the way it has been trading. Little sells and the MM's drop the price now they seem to be holding it steady. Also, if you are into charts the SMA is turning up along with the MACD. The price Channel has held the same bottom for several days and the channel has narrowed.

Looks like consolidation to me but who knows.

Always look twice before crossing the Wall Street.

Revenue comparison

A month ago, Audiohighway.com (AHWY) announced 1998 revenues of $139,000. Their market cap is currently 85.8 million and has been well over $1 billion.
Allnet has revenues over $1,000,000 in only the 1st quarter of 1999, and the market cap is only 18.3 million.
Now, I realize these companies are different, but they're both internet companies, and should be valued at least slightly in the same way.
