I think you're right. Wherever they need big storage, they use EMC. I was trying to read into it as saying that they also provided consulting services, as to Y2K. Actually, I have read elsewhere that EMC has been trusted to provide all data center consultation needs by some customers. This puts storage at the center instead of CPU.
