Trailing EPS is meaningless for AOL. A more meaningful figure is PEG, and yes, that is high, but it reflects the future promise of internet communications and ecommerce, which might or might not meet all expectations. At this point in time, companies like AOL need to beat expectations, as AOL is doing, and even if that is cranked into the price, it is important that the price be supported by numbers such as these.

Just now CNBC reported AOL down a bit after hours, but I would not put much stock in that for the long term. I think the tech market as a whole is in for some profit taking after the nice run it's had.
