Exactly. The PAIR debacle is precisely the type of incident we strive to prevent. See #reply-8754056. Note the date and time. Note that we issued this warning way before the news wires confirmed it was fictitious.

I found that somewhat curious, too. Hurt their reputation? The reputation is - pay us and we'll put it on the wire. The 'Gang of Three' paid them and BW put it on the wire....... Nooooo Problem.
They will probably double revenues as every hare-brained ijit in the country starts sending them BS...er....I mean...PR.

I do believe they'll have to prove that. The "irreparable harm" concept is important in these kinds of cases, as we've learned with AZNT. How will they prove it, do we suppose? I should think the only "damage" they're really capable of suffering is cancelled accounts.

Did any clients cancel immediately following April first? Did they cite the Webnode spoof PR as the cause? I really really doubt that.
