Notes from the shareholder's meeting: Cube plans to make future acquisitions. The Media One deal will almost certainly not effect Cube's current contract, and may open up new opportunities no matter who the acquirer. A Divi spin off has been considered, and is a possibility. Cube is seeing more opportunities to strike an alliance or form a partnership than in the past. The next generation of equipment from CUBE will be a true media processor that will allow seamless integration of media and the Internet. It will convert from any format, bitrate, etc to any format, bitrate etc.
