I ran the MACD and stochastics myself this morning when it hit 9 3/4 with volume. Very solid -- I had noticed that it had been closing at daily highs for a couple of days.

Still haven't heard a rumor on who's buying all this stock.

Well, it opened down and popped back up. If it closes over 11, the stochastics are going to look like a moon shot.

The MM is at 11 x 10 3/4. There's a 4000 share block at 11, so we are going to see some resistance at that level. I don't have Level II access and so can't get an accurate read on resistance, but my sense is that resistance below 15 is going to be limited, due to the large number of investors holding for big gains.

I think we can count on holding at 10 5/8 - 10 3/4, even though sporadic light trading has sold a few shares lower. The bid/ask is at 11/16 x 3/4, and I suspect the MM has taken a position to support it at that point, not wanting to sell any more inventory cheap unless there's bad news. The MM's buy bid is likely to be a little lower so we may see some sales a little lower by small investors who are just tired of waiting, but the brief run-up should add some confidence to us long-term-holders.

Of course, whenever I make some prediction like this, it immediately falls apart. On this non-volume, all it takes is one guy dumping 10 or 20,000 shares to drop the price 10%.

Bid/ask at 11 9/16 x 11/16, but the block at bid is 1000 vs. a block at ask of only 200. It looks like the MM is trying to pick up some shares, which SHOULD keep us from a big drop on light volume, at least for a little while.

I say this because, in light of past movement, I'm tempted to sell off a few thousand thinking the price will trickle down until there is some sort of news. But this won't happen as long as the MM is in the market to buy.

Gosh, it would be fun to have Level II to watch these goings on.

On the more important front, I have a nagging question about the debt the co. has incurred for the acquisitions over the past year. Doesn't this worry you at all about earnings?
