Daniel Miller, pay no attention to that music guy. You do an excellent job and alot of us have been rewarded from your posts. Music, personal attacks are not called for.

Interesting... One of my subscribers suggested that I take a look at ABFG as a possible addition to the "Blivit List", and somehow one of the first articles that I looked at was this one about Daniel Miller. Back around the beginning of the year, I wrote a piece about the legal issues surrounding writing about investments, which I believe that I posted here on SI although I cannot find it in my SI folder. A Daniel Miller sent me a private message asking me to advise him regarding the legal issues around his web site. I took a look at the site, and then informed him, by private message, that, although I am not an attorney, I felt he needed to talk with a knowledgeable securities attorney and that he needed to do it very very soon. I got a nice little "bread and butter" note back from him, and that was that. But I believe that he is aware of the legal issues... Bob Davis The Napeague Letter napeague.com
