Yes, and the reason for the lawsuit with Intuit. I think that Intuit is not performing up to contract standards thus, why CKFR wants to haul ass concerning the AOL contract.

The driver to subscriber growth; the billers who present the bills. E-billing is just getting rolled out and will drive subscribers along as distribution progress is made. They are out performing in their goal in this area.

I was a bit disappointed in the subscriber numbers until I remember that Pete said in the last cc to expect 5-6% subscriber numbers for the rest of this fiscal year and then to look for the 7's and 8's.
So, yes companies are getting blown out for just meeting but the release is really very positive except that expectations are probably for more than was gotten.I feel better than I did earlier. The downward revision is the only thing that I could pick on, otherwise, a good Q.
