75% of profits now, 100% when? Didn't the fact that there were delays in shipping titles actually help shareholder value? If we don't get the full 100% of profits until June, then aren't we glad that existing sales were "moved out" a few months? Esecurities or JimGeis, this one's for you… Do we acquire the remaining 25% on June 1st, or June 30th? And how do we make sure that they don't "delay" exercising their option (or requirement) to acquire the remaining 25% of NewKidCo LLC?
