Unfortunately, I'm overseas and a phone call to your staff ends up on endless hold, or unanswered voicemail. However, I have a friend also in Europe who is a Watley client (and is otherwise satisfied with your service -- but not with European PTTs) who tells me that 4 emails to your support staff and one email to you on the provision of Frame Relay have gone unanswered.

Soooooo, how about an explanation here on how you arrange provision of Frame Relay (or who I would contact to arrange same)?

Alternatively, if someone could answer the unanswered emails, they will be forwarded to me so that I can pass them along to the local PTT office to see if it can arrange the local loop.

I am really annoyed. Everyday it is a new problem over at Watley. It is 9:28 and I can not trade. This morning permissions were not loaded correctly and now my positions and account info is wrong. I do not need this additional stress on a Monday morning. For the past few months the Ultimate Trader system and the Watley Customer Service Dept has really gone down hill.

PS - The story gets better. I just tried to call in a trade and was put on hold. Losing a lot of money right now because of Watley.

Ok, Now its Tuesday morning - 8:55 and the Quote server is down!

Another day starts with lost opportunity because of Watley.

Honestly, this is unacceptable. Each day its something else.

I am very disappointed.

Here we go again. Its Wed 10:22. Positions and orders are down. Again, this is unacceptable.

So far I have had problems everyday. I will continue to keep SI informed about the Watley nightmare.
