I must be stupid or something.

I've read through the posts and followed the links to PRs describing the patent controversy.

For the life of me, I can't find any description of the technology or business process that Priceline has a patent on. What is it exactly?

Also, what's the basis for the claim ADEN is making on Priceline's patent? The Patent Office doesn't go around granting patents willy-nilly without investigating prior claims and the like. Given the kind of attorneys Priceline can afford with their high cap, what are the prospects of ADEN prevailing in this action?

Does anyone know if the stock symbol will change when the name changes? ADEN hasn't traded since before 1:PM yesterday and I wondered if I should be looking at another symbol. Thanks. Scoobey
