Thank you, Validity: I'm not sure of that one. But I donate to the Pacific Legal Foundation, a group that fights for the rights of landowners in the Western states, and that scene is repeated over and over. My neighbor was "forced" to hand over 1/3 of her acreage in return for being "allowed" to build more houses, even though the acreage was zoned 2 acre lots and she had 14 acres. She turned over the land. She still was not given "permission". If a private person did that????? Freeus
