Yeah, I think I babble on here sometimes just because I get bored when I look at this thread compared to the others I belong to. When there is no news from the company, not a hell of a lot to talk about, tho! I did grab the press release from Majestic & thought I would post it here in case anyone is interested in what is going on over there:

Majestic Modular Buildings, Ltd. a Subsidiary of The Majestic Companies, Ltd. Announces $4.2 Million in Contracts

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 1999--Majestic Modular Buildings, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Majestic Companies, Ltd. (OTC BB: MJXC) is pleased to announce that as of April 25, 1999 it has signed purchase orders and contracts totaling $4.2 Million in construction of classroom modular buildings for a number of Unified School Systems and commercial customers in California. The Modular group's continued success has been exciting and has afforded the management of Majestic an opportunity to develop additional expansion strategies for 1999. With Southern California's Unified School Districts rapidly instituting purchasing of modular classrooms for the 1999 and 2000 school term, Majestic Modular, is
considering opening an additional facility in the Ontario, California area.
Current production in the Modesto manufacturing plant and the projected contracts for the remainder of 1999 will facilitate a need for additional manufacturing space to keep up with the demand.

The response from customers who have accepted delivery of finished modular classroom units continue to illustrate that the quality and superior products that Majestic Modular produces will be in high demand for many years to come. Lawrence Holland, Majestic Modular's President recently stated, "The positive response from our customers has been tremendous, their satisfaction with our quality product has already resulted in repeat business.

In addition to a faithful following of quality minded buyers, we're pleased that our product can compete in the open market as recently proven with multiple open bid awards in both Southern and Northern California."

With the continued outlook for 1999 presenting the opportunity for Majestic Modular to expand its future manufacturing capabilities coinciding with its recent $4.2 Million in signed contracts (with additional orders projected to come on line soon) the remainder of the year portends to demonstrate how Majestic Modular will become a major supplier of modular buildings to the California's Unified School Districts.
