Mr. Pink may have more to say about this, but when He called NDE and PVN shorts, there was an impending credit crisis around certain hedge funds collapsing and other events. I held PVN too long and it damn near killed me, I shorted it at 55, it split, and I finally covered around 70 post split. PVN is now 130. I also held NDE from 16 and sold it last week around 12 (best I could have realistically done was around 10). It has gotten several upgrades, reported decent earnings, and overall looks fairly healthy. It is not in the same position it was at the time He correctly called it. I'm staying clear.

NDE's problems have largely been dealt with....The envrionment for leveraged real estate investing has improved....NDE is probably o.k. at these levels neither a short nor a long.
