I don't see AMMB going much lower then where
it is now. I mean, when the sellers are done,
and they will get done sooner or later, there
are buyers ready to get in.
I think it is rather stupid for investors to sell off a stock
just because management didn't want to take 14 bucks
a share. They would take $22 a share!
Also, they didn't pay off in stock as previously
announced. They have the cash to pay the $50 million.
The stock is worth too much to "take" 7 bucks a share.
So management values the stock above the cash. Good sign.

<AMMB - 20% growth permits a 20 P/E. Do the math.>

TG, the 20% growth is a 5 year growth estimate. AMMB's just reported 1q earnings were 40% lower than last year's. The Co. is on the right track and is certainly undervalued, but you can't assign a P.E. of 20 just yet (imo).
