Who cares if they spin it off or not. Just the excitement of the talk is great PR. It educates the market that CUBE is a NETWORKING company and should be valued as such. CUBE suffers from the stigma of being ONLY a "chip" company with their largest market in China. I promise that 80% of the investment community still thinks this. CUBE has to scale the highest mountain and SCREAM for days: "Were a networking company. Were a networking company" Do this and don't stop until after a conference call the first question fielded from an analyst is about DIVICOM and NOT China VCD or some other commodity chip.
