Ron, Henry, was Ledoux the CEO?

LeDoux was the third party lab that originally gave "certifed" results on COC material that were respectable but without J/L technology, then later renigged when other labs couldn't reproduce their results.

No Ledoux was not the CEO. The reference was to Naxos management trusting Ledoux's numbers and making decisions on that basis prior to getting third party verification. This was in the paragraph in response to your comment about the easiest thing to due was to call MGAU's CEO to hear his opinion, to see he was not selling stock. The implication I took from this was that you believe there is some value in his believing J/L without third party verification. My response was to attempt to point out that Naxos management believed Ledoux without third party verification. We know the result.
