Ludicrousness comes from having a negative outlook for everything. One should take a balanced view and give credit where credit is due. And of course, a discourteous note, which is the only way I can discribe KIS's note, deserves another in return ! Like I once said, I'm just like a mirror - I dislike people who think I am stupid, coz the achievements of my life speak for themselves...! Re: pricelines patents, I believe it has an advantage of time and leadership. Patents may not last, they may be infringed, but it provides time advantage and deters competition in infancy by providing a protective umbrella to startups. Most net businesses, and I believe most, will try and avoid any hassles with law if they can. Patent infringements generally occur when the patent has proved its profitability, the business has taken off and others try to copy. Of course your opinions may differ, and you have a right to them, but the point I was trying to make,was that there are civilised ways of disagreeing with people ! I'm sure you'll agree to that !
