Jim, I'm sure someone will ask but I believe I can answer the question for you. The NNM listing requires that the stock price remain above $5 for throughout the application process. Until recently this requirement was a problem and a reverse split would not have received a warm welcome from most of us ANCR devotees. With this said you can be assured that they are as interested in the NNM listing as you and I are, and furthermore that they will pursue it expediently. Steve
