Interesting stuff Bill... I do have the gut feeling that even if those shares were available for sale we'd still be seeing this run up...HS is NOT a $3 stock, not is it a $6 stock....right now we're gonna have a continuation of the rally here amd I don't see it stopping to rest till maybe $10. I just think that there are too many positives going on here, not mention the low valuations. Here's a chance to play the tech sector with a solid co having 8B in sales with a PE of 5 next year....what a break! I think that this stock may come into "play" really really soon...Would it be that far fetched of an idea if COMPAQ went after CHS? I mean, right now analysts are pretty skeptical that they are going to grow their sales the way they originally said...here's a way to get a quick $8 Billion not to mention more like $11 BILLION this year.... Asia is just starting to turn the corner for real...nuff said for now. Phantom

Received another package (Wolf Haldenstein) and another phone call from a different firm (Weiss). Lawyers are very hungry for signatures. My signature will not go on any lawsuit as a "lead plaintiff" unless someone can prove to me officers obstructed the audit confirmation or knew that the rebates were overstated. Can anyone help here who signed the complaint?
