Proposed legislation clearly calls for gun locks...

-- Requiring child safety locks for guns.
Child safety locks and other devices can reduce the unauthorized use of handguns, by a child at play or a teen looking to commit a crime. Many youth have to look no further than their own home to get their hands on a gun: it is estimated that one-third of all privately-owned handguns are left both loaded and unlocked. To address this problem, the President's bill requires federally-licensed firearms dealers, manufacturers, and importers to provide a child safety lock or device with every gun they sell.

That's a lot of locks.

I think your partially correct. I think alot of it is about kids on psyciatric medications which affect brain function, and can lead to suicide, violence, and insanity....In regards to the stock, I think it is a loser if they have only sold six hundred locks in a year...that is just lame...no sales skills at all jmo
